Terms of Service for SkinMaker

1. What this service is

SkinMaker (https://skinmaker.app) provides tools for working with
Minecraft skin files: converting them between formats, packaging them for
Bedrock Edition, producing preview renders, and related utilities. We are not
affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft, and this is not an official Minecraft
product. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age
of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent
or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. Paid plans may only be
purchased by someone able to enter a contract.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of every skin, texture and image you upload or create. You
grant us only the limited permission needed to process those files in order to
provide the features you asked for. We do not sell your files, use them to train
models, or publish them.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Do not upload
artwork you do not have permission to use, and do not use the service to produce
material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

4. Commercial use

Output you create with a paid plan may be used commercially, including in paid
client work. Free-tier output may carry a watermark; removing it is a paid
feature, not something to work around.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' files, resell access
to the service itself, or use it to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or
sexual material involving minors. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Paid plans

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time,
and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices
may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a
period already paid for.

7. Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact support@skinmaker.app
within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

8. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability,
and features described as in development may change or not ship.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to
account holders and by a notice on the site before they take effect.
